Divisions - Ages as of August 1, 2025:
Tiny Miss - Ages 4 to 5
Little Miss - Ages 6 to 8
Pre-Teen Miss - Ages 9 to 11

Competition Phases:
Fun Fashion Wear; Gown or Party Dress.  

Optional Competitions:
State Costume; Photogenic; Interview
